BrainBadge is a 12-month guided learning journey built for real teams doing real work. You’ll get structured tools, self-paced sessions, and light-touch facilitation to help your team build confidence using Miro and applying inclusion to real-world projects.

 

The work is team-owned, values-driven, and built to shift how people show up, think together, and lead in complexity. Over the year, teams receive up to 10 hours of expert facilitation: just enough to act as a guide on the side, keeping your waka on course without taking the wheel.
